01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bodhya — including any of its features, APIs, or associated services — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself or the institution you represent. If you do not agree, you must not use Bodhya.
These terms apply to all users including students, teachers, administrators, and institutional partners. Use of Bodhya by a student implies that the institution has accepted these terms on their behalf.
02Use of the Platform
Bodhya is licensed exclusively for educational use within authorised institutions. You may use the platform to support teaching, learning, and academic administration within your institution's sanctioned scope.
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, resell, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models, data pipelines, or proprietary systems of Bodhya. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Anomaa Studio.
03Accounts & Access
Institutional accounts are provisioned by Anomaa Studio following an onboarding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at contact@ebodhya.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Anomaa Studio is not liable for losses arising from failure to maintain credential security.
04Academic Integrity
Bodhya is designed to support — not replace — genuine academic effort. Use of Bodhya's AI tools to misrepresent a student's own work, circumvent assessments, or violate institutional academic integrity policies is strictly prohibited.
Institutions retain full responsibility for enforcing their own academic integrity standards. Bodhya provides transparency tools and audit logs to assist institutions in this responsibility.
05Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, AI models, and documentation within Bodhya are the intellectual property of Anomaa Studio and are protected by applicable copyright and patent law. Patent applications are filed and pending.
Content generated by users — including student work, teacher notes, and institutional data — remains the property of the respective institution or individual. Anomaa Studio does not claim ownership over user-generated content.
06Data & Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by the Bodhya Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using Bodhya, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
Institutions entering a data processing agreement with Anomaa Studio are subject to additional terms governing data residency, retention, and processing obligations.
07Service Availability
Bodhya is provided on a best-efforts basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Anomaa Studio is not liable for any loss or disruption caused by service outages, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
08Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anomaa Studio's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of Bodhya shall not exceed the fees paid by the institution in the three months preceding the claim.
In no event shall Anomaa Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or academic outcomes, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
09Termination
Either party may terminate access to Bodhya upon written notice. Anomaa Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
Upon termination, institutional data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems.
10Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to institutional administrators by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use of Bodhya after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
