01Information We Collect
When you interact with Bodhya, we may collect information you provide directly — such as your name, institutional email address, school or organisation name, and any messages you send through our contact form.
We also collect certain technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This data helps us understand how Bodhya is used and improve the platform experience.
02How We Use Your Information
Information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiries, facilitate institutional onboarding, and deliver the Bodhya platform to authorised users. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be used internally to improve our AI models, refine our educational tools, and measure platform effectiveness — always in a form that cannot identify any individual.
03Cookies & Tracking
Bodhya uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect the availability of certain authenticated features within the platform.
04Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised Anomaa Studio personnel on a need-to-know basis.
We follow industry best practices for data security and regularly review our processes. In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable law.
05Third-Party Services
Bodhya integrates with select third-party services for infrastructure, authentication, and communication — including cloud hosting providers and transactional email services. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and may only use your data to provide their services to us.
We do not integrate with social media tracking pixels, ad networks, or data brokers.
06Children's Privacy
Bodhya is designed for use by educational institutions and is accessed by students under the supervision and governance of their institutions. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13 outside of an institutional context.
If you believe a child's data has been collected without appropriate institutional oversight, please contact us immediately.
07Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, please write to us at contact@ebodhya.com with the subject line 'Privacy Request'. We will respond within 30 days.
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our platform evolves or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify institutional administrators by email.
Continued use of Bodhya after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
